Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Western Australia: 2–7 business days
  • Interstate Australia: 5–12 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive the parcel. If you do not wish for parcels to be left unattended, please specify this during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Information
